Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and prepared for shipping within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Because our keychains are handmade, this processing time allows us to ensure the highest quality for your items.

You will receive another notification email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight of your items.

 Domestic Shipping (India): Standard delivery within India typically takes 4 to 7 business days after the order has been processed and handed over to the carrier.

 Delays: Please note that occasional postal delays may happen due to weather conditions, public holidays, or carrier issues outside of our control.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.

Please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Clay Tales is not responsible for these charges if they are applied; they are your responsibility as the customer.

Order Tracking

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available in the carrier's system.

Cancellations

As outlined in our Return and Refund Policy, we gladly accept order cancellations only if requested before the order has been processed and shipped. Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, it cannot be canceled, and all sales are final upon delivery.

Damages and Issues During Shipping

We take great care in packaging your handmade items. However, if your order arrives damaged during transit, please inspect it immediately.

In accordance with our policy, you must contact us at Info@claytales.in within 2 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photographic evidence of the item's condition and the damaged packaging so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
