Order Cancellations
We gladly accept order cancellations, provided they are requested before the order has been processed and shipped.
If you cancel your order within this eligible timeframe, we will issue a full refund.
The refund will be automatically processed and applied to your original method of payment. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Returns and Refunds
All sales are final once an order has been delivered and payment is completed.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for items once they have been successfully received. Because of the nature of our products, we cannot accommodate general return requests for completed orders. We kindly ask that you review your cart carefully before finalizing your purchase.
Damages and Defects (2-Day Window)
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. While we do not accept standard returns, we want to make things right if an item arrives damaged or defective.
You must contact us and submit a return request within 2 days of receiving your delivery.
Please include your order number and clear photographic evidence of the defect or damage.
Requests made after this 2-day window, or requests missing photo proof, will unfortunately not be accepted.
